Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10 additional business days. Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is about 11–13 business days from the date the order is placed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times, at no additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high volumes at shipping companies, customs inspections, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or holidays.

Eligible jewelry is covered by a two-year limited warranty from the documented date of delivery. The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects, such as issues with the original setting, clasp, soldering point, or structural connection.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, plating erosion, gradual discoloration, damage from chemicals or moisture, physical impact, loss, mishandling, or alterations performed by a third party are generally not covered. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.

Eligible standard items may be included in our return policy for up to 45 days from the documented delivery date, subject to conditions. The item must be returned clean, complete, unaltered, and free from signs of normal wear or depreciation, along with any accompanying items provided with it.

Personalized, engraved, specially modified items, or those marked as final sale may be excluded as permitted by law. Please contact us to receive instructions before sending a return. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Remove the jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or performing physical labor. It is recommended to avoid chlorine, saltwater, cleaning agents, perfume, and prolonged contact with moisture.

For routine cleaning, use lukewarm water, a little mild soap, and a very soft brush, then dry with a clean, lint-free cloth. Store each item separately in a dry place.
