Cancellation Policy (Israel)
Last Updated: April 2026
This Cancellation Policy applies primarily to consumers in Israel and is provided in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010, and related legislation. Nothing in this policy is intended to derogate from mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law.
1) Business Details (Required Disclosure)
- Business Name: Zethech
- Business Address: Ma’ale Adumim, Israel
- Phone / WhatsApp: +972-50-868-8236
- Email: Zethech1@gmail.com
2) Right of Cancellation (Online / Remote Transactions)
If you are a consumer in Israel, you may cancel an online (remote) transaction within 14 days from the later of:
- the date of the transaction (purchase date), or
- the date you received the product.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing (including email, electronic message, or another written method permitted by law).
3) How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel a transaction, please send a written request including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Phone and/or email
- A clear statement requesting cancellation of the transaction
4) Return of Products & Condition Requirements
Where a product was delivered, the product must generally be returned in substantially the same condition as received. Opening packaging for reasonable inspection typically does not constitute “use”, provided the product was not used, damaged, or materially altered.
For Jewelry: The item must be unworn, unscratched, and completely unaltered. It must be returned with all original packaging intact, including any provided grading reports, certificates (e.g., GRA certificates for moissanite), and tags.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product until it is returned. We may refuse a cancellation request if the product was used beyond reasonable inspection or returned in a materially different condition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5) Cancellation Fee (Where Permitted)
In accordance with Israeli law, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to:
- 5% of the product price, or
- ₪100 (whichever is lower).
No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to:
- a defect in the product,
- non-conformity, misrepresentation, or mismatch to the order,
- incorrect product supplied,
- failure to deliver the product within the agreed delivery timeframe (where applicable).
6) Products Excluded from Cancellation (Legal Exceptions)
The right of cancellation does not apply to products excluded by Israeli law and regulations, including (as applicable):
- Custom-made or personalized products: This includes engraved jewelry or rings custom-made to a specific requested size.
- Health and hygiene: Pierced jewelry (such as earrings) cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened.
- Digital products delivered electronically once access/download is provided.
- Perishable goods.
- Any other products legally exempt from cancellation rights under Israeli law.
If an item is marked on our website as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return, except where mandatory rights under Israeli law apply.
7) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the transaction, unless required otherwise by law. Where a return of goods is required, refunds will be processed after receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipment, where applicable), within the timeframe required by Israeli law.
8) Extended Cancellation Rights (Where Applicable)
Israeli law may provide extended cancellation rights (up to 4 months) for certain consumers (e.g., senior citizens, new immigrants, persons with disabilities) in circumstances defined by law (such as when the transaction involved a direct conversation). If you believe you qualify, please contact us and we will handle your request in accordance with legal requirements. We may request appropriate documentation to verify eligibility.
9) Seller Protection & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to request reasonable information needed to verify the order and the cancellation request. We may refuse or limit remedies for fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith requests, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law are not waived.
