ZETHECH operates zethech.com and uses Shopify and other service providers to provide the store, process and deliver orders, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, administer returns and Limited Warranty claims, and improve the shopping experience. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected.

• Identity and contact information, including name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address.
• Order and transaction information, including selected products, payment status, shipping, returns, refunds, support and warranty history.
• Account information, preferences and marketing choices.
• Payment and billing information processed by Shopify, payment processors and fraud-prevention providers. ZETHECH does not normally receive complete payment-card credentials.
• Messages, reviews, form submissions, photographs, videos and documents sent to Client Care.
• Device, browser, IP address, cookie, analytics, advertising and website-usage information.
• Security, identity-verification and fraud-prevention signals.

3. Sources

Information may be collected directly from you; automatically through the website and cookies; from Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fulfillment partners and customer-service tools; and from analytics, advertising, review, security or fraud-prevention providers.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, ZETHECH processes information as necessary to perform or prepare a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, protect legal claims and security, or act on consent.

Information may be used to:

• Provide the website, account, checkout and shopping services.
• Process payment, accept, fulfill, ship and deliver orders.
• Manage cancellations, returns, refunds, delivery investigations and Limited Warranty claims.
• Answer questions and provide Client Care.

• Comply with tax, accounting, consumer, sanctions, regulatory and legal obligations.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Measure and improve products, website performance and customer experience.
• Send marketing and provide or measure advertising where permitted, subject to required consent and available opt-out controls.

5. Disclosure

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to Shopify; payment processors; fraud-prevention and security providers; production and fulfillment partners; shipping carriers; customer-support, review, analytics and advertising providers; professional advisers; insurers; payment-dispute providers; regulators; courts and authorities. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a lawful business transfer.

Service providers are expected to process information for authorized purposes and under applicable contractual or legal safeguards. Third parties acting as independent controllers maintain their own privacy notices.

6. Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information to provide, secure and improve its commerce services and may process information across countries. Shopify maintains its own consumer privacy information and privacy portal.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising choices

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, analytics and, where enabled and permitted, advertising. Non-essential technologies are used subject to consent or opt-out requirements applicable to the visitor.

Customers in applicable regions may use Your Privacy Choices. Where legally recognized and technically received, Global Privacy Control signals may be treated as an opt-out request for the relevant browser or device.

8. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in the message or by contacting ZETHECH. Transactional, security and service communications concerning orders, returns or claims may still be sent. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

9. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including providing services, maintaining order and warranty records, complying with tax and accounting duties, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and enforcing agreements. Different categories may have different retention periods. Information may be retained longer where a legal claim, investigation, litigation hold or mandatory law requires it.

10. Security

ZETHECH and its providers use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details through email or WhatsApp.

11. International transfers

Information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own because Shopify, payment, fulfillment, carrier, analytics and support providers operate internationally. Where required, recognized legal mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards are used by the relevant controller or processor.

12. Your rights

Depending on location and subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to:

• Access or know the personal information held about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete information.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive portable information.
• Withdraw consent.
• Opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling definitions.
• Appeal a privacy-request decision where local law provides that right.
• Complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

Submit a request to Zethech1@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. ZETHECH may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

13. Children

The store is not directed to children who cannot legally enter a purchase transaction. ZETHECH does not knowingly collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact ZETHECH regarding information submitted by a child.

14. Third-party links

Third-party websites and platforms control their own content, security and privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

15. Changes

This policy may be updated for operational, technological, legal or regulatory reasons. The date above will be revised and additional notice will be provided where required.
