Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to zethech.com and purchases from ZETHECH. Nothing excludes, restricts, delays or limits a consumer right, legal guarantee, implied warranty, remedy, competent forum or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Policies forming part of these Terms

Mandatory law prevails over conflicting wording. For the same subject, the most recently updated specific ZETHECH policy prevails over general wording, without retroactively reducing rights attached to an accepted order.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction. You must not bypass security, submit false information, impersonate another person, infringe rights, scrape contrary to law or authorization, misuse payment methods, submit fabricated reviews or evidence, substitute returned products, intentionally damage goods, commit fraud or abuse promotions, returns, warranty or chargeback procedures.

ZETHECH may reasonably verify information, restrict access, hold an order for review or cancel a pending order where necessary to address stock, payment, fraud, sanctions, export, legal or security risk.

4. Product information

ZETHECH takes reasonable steps to present accurate images, descriptions, materials, metal color, plating, sizes, measurements, stone information, options, prices and availability. Screen settings, lighting, magnification, photography and normal production tolerances may affect appearance. Images may be enlarged to show detail. Only a material, purity, grading report, certificate, inscription, treatment or feature expressly stated for the exact selected product and option forms part of the description.

5. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Subject to mandatory law, the contract is accepted when payment is approved and ZETHECH confirms processing or dispatch. ZETHECH may decline or cancel before acceptance for unavailable stock, a clear pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, unsupported destination or legal restriction. Any collected amount for a canceled item will be returned.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Shipping, tax, duty and other charges are shown where available or described in the Shipping & Delivery policy. The customer must provide accurate billing information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected before acceptance, subject to applicable law.

7. Shipping and delivery

Processing, estimates, tracking, customs, failed delivery, delay and risk are governed by Shipping & Delivery. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed, but agreed and statutory deadlines and remedies remain unaffected.

8. Cancellations, returns and defects

Mandatory cancellation and defective-goods rights and ZETHECH's additional 45-Day Voluntary Return Extension for eligible standard items are governed by Returns, Exchanges & Refunds. The additional commercial promise is the ZETHECH 2-Year Limited Warranty. The two commercial benefits are separate and neither replaces local mandatory rights.

9. Implied warranties and legal guarantees

ZETHECH does not disclaim an implied warranty, consumer guarantee, reasonable-durability warranty or conformity right where applicable law prohibits that disclaimer. For United States transactions, and only to the maximum extent permitted for a limited written warranty, the duration of an applicable implied warranty may be limited to two years. Some states do not permit that limitation. Canadian, Quebec, European, EEA, UK, Israeli and Australian mandatory rights remain unaffected.

10. Personalized and altered goods

Personalized, engraved, bespoke, genuinely custom-made, specially altered or customer-requested resized goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or the voluntary return extension only to the extent permitted by law and where the exclusion was properly disclosed. Defect, misdescription and non-conformity rights remain unaffected.

11. Promotions, sale items and gift cards

Promotions may have separate dates, eligibility, exclusions, stock limits and combination rules. A promotion does not create a permanent price. A sale price does not remove a statutory cancellation or defect right where that right applies. Gift cards are governed by the conditions displayed with them and applicable law.

12. Accounts and communications

The customer is responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting credentials. ZETHECH may send order, service, security, legal and policy communications. Marketing communications may be managed through the available unsubscribe method.

13. Reviews and submitted content

Submitted content must be genuine, lawful and non-infringing. By submitting content for publication, you grant ZETHECH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce and display it for store, service and marketing purposes, subject to privacy law, platform rules and any express written limitation. ZETHECH may remove unlawful, misleading, irrelevant, private, abusive or fraudulent content but will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.

14. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, design, graphics, product presentation and original media are owned by or licensed to ZETHECH and protected by applicable law. No right is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and lawful interaction.

15. Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and other providers for hosting, payment, analytics, reviews, communication, production, fulfillment and shipping. Third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices. A purchase from ZETHECH is a contract with ZETHECH, not Shopify.

16. Website availability and corrections

ZETHECH may update content, products and features, conduct maintenance and correct errors. Continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an accepted order.

17. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZETHECH is not liable for indirect, unforeseeable, punitive or purely consequential loss not caused by its breach. Where lawful, liability connected with an order may be limited to direct loss reasonably foreseeable from that order. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, product liability, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, or a mandatory consumer remedy or statutory liability.

18. Responsibility for unlawful misuse

To the extent enforceable, a user is responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by unlawful website misuse, infringement of third-party rights, fraud or material breach. This does not impose liability on a consumer for exercising a lawful right or making a good-faith complaint.

19. Fraud, abuse and payment disputes

ZETHECH may investigate material inconsistencies, substituted products, intentional damage, false documents, unauthorized payments or return abuse and may preserve and provide relevant evidence to payment providers or authorities. Customers are encouraged to contact Client Care before a payment dispute so the matter can be investigated, but no lawful payment-provider right is waived.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections, competent forums or rights available under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. The parties should first attempt resolution through Client Care, without limiting access to a regulator, payment provider, alternative dispute process or court. No mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed.

21. Changes and severability

ZETHECH may update these Terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The version in force when an order is accepted governs that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it applies only to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions continue.
