Measure a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
- Measure the inside diameter across the widest point in millimetres.
- Compare the measurement with the chart below.

Before choosing
- Measure the finger you plan to wear the ring on.
- Finger size can change with temperature and time of day.
- A wider band can feel tighter than a slim band.
- When between sizes, choose the larger size.
