These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Zethech website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Jewelry Care Guide, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional notices displayed at checkout.

2. Sales Regions
Zethech operates from Israel and sells products to customers located in: Israel, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these regions may be refused or canceled.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
4. Product Information, Materials & Certifications
- Gemstones & Certificates: For applicable moissanite and lab-grown diamond jewelry, grading reports or certificates (e.g., GRA certificates) will be provided if stated on the product page.
- Materials & Normal Wear: We utilize high-quality materials, including 925 Sterling Silver, solid gold, and various metal platings (such as rhodium or gold plating). Please be aware that metal platings naturally wear off over time depending on skin chemistry, exposure to moisture, cosmetics, and everyday friction. This natural fading or tarnishing is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Visual Representation: Product images are often magnified to showcase intricate details. Actual sizes, metal tones, and the precise brilliance of the stones may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Carat weights and metal grams provided are approximate.
5. Prices, Taxes & Duties
- All prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.
- Israeli customers: prices include VAT as required by law.
- EU / UK / Canada / US customers: taxes may be added at checkout where legally required.
- Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Order Acceptance
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted only once it is confirmed for fulfillment.
- We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or policy violations.
7. Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery
- To offer our curated collection, orders may be dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers or artisan partners.
- Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. While we strive for prompt delivery, delays due to international customs clearance, local postal networks, or carrier disruptions are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Customers may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- EU / UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights.
- Israeli consumers: a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewelry (such as earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless they arrive defective. Custom-made items, engraved jewelry, and rings tailored to a specific size are final sale.
9. Warranty & Defective Items
- We stand by the craftsmanship of our settings and stones. If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., loose prongs upon arrival, broken clasps), contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by the wearer. This includes, but is not limited to: lost stones due to prongs being bent, snagged, or crushed during everyday impact; chains broken by force or pulling; and the natural tarnishing or fading of metal platings.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Zethech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Israel. Mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence remain fully applicable and are not waived.
