These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Zethech website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional notices displayed at checkout.

2. Sales Regions

Zethech operates from Israel and sells products to customers located in: Israel, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Sweden. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these regions may be refused or canceled.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement or are acting with legal guardian consent where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed in violation of this requirement.

4. Product Information

Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Descriptions, specifications, and pricing may be updated at any time.
Minor changes to packaging or design may occur without prior notice.

5. Prices, Taxes & Duties

All prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.
Israeli customers: prices include VAT as required by law.
EU / UK / Canada / US customers: taxes may be added at checkout where legally required.
Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted only once it is confirmed for fulfillment or shipped.
We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or policy violations.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, holidays, or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customers may cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

EU / UK consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights.
Israeli consumers: a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply, as permitted by law.
Non-returnable items (e.g. hygiene products, custom items, digital goods) are clearly marked.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zethech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Israel. Mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence remain fully applicable and are not waived.
