Photographs and video

After submission, Client Care may ask you to reply by email with clear photographs of the complete item, both sides, the affected area, packaging, labels and any detached stone or part. A continuous video may also be requested.

Physical inspection

A remote review is preliminary. Do not send the item until ZETHECH provides the designated inspection address and written instructions. Physical inspection may be required when the cause cannot reasonably be determined remotely.
