This schedule explains how mandatory consumer rights interact with ZETHECH's voluntary 45-day return extension and 2-Year Limited Warranty. It is a summary, not a waiver or reduction of any non-excludable right. The law applicable to the order controls whenever it provides greater protection.

Supported destinations
Orders are accepted only for countries and delivery services that are available at checkout. Australia is not currently a supported checkout destination, and ZETHECH does not accept direct Australian orders while that restriction remains in place.
Commercial benefits and mandatory rights are separate
- 45-day voluntary return extension: an additional change-of-mind benefit for eligible standard goods, governed by the published conditions.
- 2-Year Limited Warranty: an additional commercial promise covering verified manufacturing or workmanship defects, governed by the Limited Warranty.
- Mandatory rights: cancellation, conformity, legal warranty, defective-goods and delivery remedies imposed by applicable law. These rights are not replaced by either commercial benefit.
Israel
For an eligible distance sale, Israeli consumers generally retain the cancellation rights and legal exceptions provided by Israeli Consumer Protection Law. A qualifying change-of-mind cancellation may be subject only to the legally permitted fee, generally the lower of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100. A qualifying cancellation caused by defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on the agreed date or another covered breach is handled without that fee and with the costs required by law. Longer periods available to legally protected consumer groups remain unaffected.
United States
The voluntary 45-day program governs change-of-mind returns unless state or other applicable law provides an additional right. The ZETHECH warranty is designated a Limited Warranty. It gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state. ZETHECH does not disclaim an implied warranty where federal or state law prohibits that disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted for a limited written warranty, the duration of an applicable implied warranty may be limited to two years. Some states do not permit that limitation.
The complete Limited Warranty is available before purchase on the warranty page. A free non-internet copy can be requested by email, WhatsApp or post.
Canada
Outside a defect or another statutory ground, change-of-mind returns are governed by the voluntary ZETHECH policy. Provincial and territorial law may provide additional cancellation or refund rights when required pre-contract information, an opportunity to correct errors, a retainable copy of the agreement or delivery requirements are not satisfied. Those rights are not limited by a return-authorization requirement.
In Quebec, legal warranties relating to normal use, reasonable durability, hidden defects and conformity with the contract, advertising and merchant representations apply automatically to the extent required by law. The two-year commercial warranty is additional and does not shorten those legal warranties.
European Union, EEA and Norway
Where applicable distance-selling law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery, followed by the legally prescribed period for returning the goods. ZETHECH refunds the legally required standard outbound delivery charge and may withhold reimbursement until the goods or reliable proof of return are received where permitted. A lawful deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Mandatory conformity remedies and any applicable minimum legal-guarantee period remain separate from the ZETHECH Limited Warranty.
United Kingdom
Where UK distance-selling rules apply, consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Required standard outbound delivery is refunded and a lawful deduction may be made for loss of value caused by excessive handling. Mandatory faulty-goods remedies, including any applicable short-term right to reject and later repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights, remain unaffected.
Other supported destinations
Customers retain all non-waivable rights under the law applicable to their order. Silence or omission in this schedule does not remove such a right.
Evidence, inspection and fraud prevention
ZETHECH may request information reasonably necessary to identify the order and determine whether a claim concerns a manufacturing defect, ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse, alteration, non-conformity or fraud. This can include photographs, video, detached components and physical inspection. The requirement must not be applied to defeat a mandatory right or reverse a statutory burden of proof.
Contact and disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Client Care first so the facts can be reviewed. This does not prevent access to a regulator, payment provider, alternative dispute process or court available under applicable law.
