These Terms govern access to zethech.com and purchases from ZETHECH. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Eligibility and lawful use
You must have legal capacity to use the store and place an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe rights or commit fraud.
Product information
ZETHECH aims to present accurate images, descriptions, options, measurements, materials, prices and availability. Screen color, lighting, scale and photography can affect appearance. Product photographs may be enlarged to show detail. The selected product page and option are the source of truth.
A certificate, grading report, inscription or document applies only when expressly stated for the exact product or selected option.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when ZETHECH confirms it for processing or dispatch, subject to payment verification, availability, fraud review and applicable law.
Prices, taxes and payment
The checkout total controls the amount charged. Shipping, tax, customs or import charges may be additional unless expressly included. Payment services are provided by third parties through Shopify checkout.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is governed by Shipping & Delivery. Eligible change-of-mind returns are governed by Returns, Exchanges & Refunds and use a 45-day request window. The ZETHECH Protection Standard provides a two-year limited manufacturing warranty, subject to full conditions and exclusions.
Warranty review
Submitting a warranty request does not automatically confirm coverage. ZETHECH may request the order record, photographs, video or physical inspection. An approved manufacturing defect may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for protecting credentials. Electronic communications may include order, service, security and policy notices.
Reviews and submitted content
Submitted content must be genuine, lawful and non-infringing. By submitting content for publication, you grant ZETHECH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, format and display it for store, service and marketing purposes, subject to privacy law and express written limitations.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, design, graphics, product presentation and original media are owned by or licensed to ZETHECH and protected by law.
Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and other providers. Third-party services can have separate terms and privacy practices.
Availability and liability
ZETHECH may update products, content and features and correct errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZETHECH is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without reducing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
