This policy explains order processing, dispatch, tracking, customs and delivery. Mandatory consumer rights are not reduced.

Current destinations

Available destinations are controlled by checkout and can change. The store currently supports delivery to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands, France, Georgia, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Processing

Standard orders normally require 3–5 business days before dispatch. Processing can include payment review, order verification, preparation, quality checks, packaging and handover to a fulfillment partner.

Custom, personalized, resized or special-order items can require additional time when expressly stated on the product page or order communication.

Transit estimates

Typical transit is approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch. Timing depends on destination, carrier, customs, local delivery conditions and external disruption. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed.

Fulfillment locations

Orders may be dispatched from international fulfillment centers or directly from production or artisan partners. More than one parcel may be used when items are fulfilled from different locations.

Tracking

Tracking is sent when available. A new tracking number can require 24–72 hours to display carrier movement. Contact Client Care when the estimated period has passed without meaningful progress.

Address changes

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact Client Care immediately if a correction is needed. An address change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders can be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, brokerage fees or local charges. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Failed delivery, refusal and non-collection

Additional shipping charges can apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempts, non-collection or unpaid import charges. Refund or reshipment options are reviewed after the parcel is received and subject to applicable law and the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy.

Lost, damaged or delivered-but-missing parcels

Contact Client Care promptly with the order number and tracking details. ZETHECH may open a carrier investigation and request a declaration or supporting documents. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined under applicable law and the facts of the shipment.

Signature and high-value delivery

Signature, identity verification or additional delivery controls may be required for selected orders or destinations.

External disruption

Weather, carrier disruption, customs action, strikes, security events, governmental measures and other circumstances outside reasonable control can delay delivery. Client Care will provide available information and remedies required by law.
