ZETHECH is committed to making zethech.com usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. We continue to review and improve the website and aim to follow applicable Israeli accessibility requirements and relevant WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles.

Accessibility measures

Depending on the page, the website includes semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus behavior, form labels, alternative text for key images, scalable text, responsive layouts and accessible names for interactive elements. Checkout is provided through Shopify and may also include accessibility features maintained by Shopify and other service providers.

Known limitations

Some third-party applications, older product media, embedded services or newly added content may not yet provide a fully equivalent accessible experience. Automated accessibility tools cannot identify every issue and are not a substitute for manual review. We do not claim that every page or third-party component is currently free of accessibility barriers.

Requesting assistance or an accessible alternative

If you have difficulty using the website, need product or policy information in an accessible format, or cannot complete an order or service request, contact Client Care. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

Please describe the page, action or content involved, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the format or assistance requested. ZETHECH aims to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days. Complex technical corrections may require additional time.

Physical accessibility arrangements

ZETHECH operates an online store and does not advertise a public walk-in retail location. Customer service is provided remotely by email and WhatsApp. Where an in-person arrangement is specifically agreed, accessibility needs should be raised in advance so reasonable arrangements can be considered.

Feedback and review

Accessibility feedback is welcomed and is used to prioritize improvements. This statement will be updated when material accessibility arrangements or known limitations change.
